Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a delightful stay at the hotel, enjoying its spacious and bright room with a lovely patio. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the staff provided attentive service throughout our visit. However, the initial check-in experience was a bit disappointing due to the lack of acknowledgment of my membership perks. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy the beauty of the Hunter Valley, but just a few hiccups kept it from being perfect.
I had a decent stay at this resort with its clean facilities and central location in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though it felt a bit dated. While I enjoyed the convenience to local wineries and attractions, the service could be improved during busy check-out times, and the breakfast offerings were a bit underwhelming.
Our stay at the hotel was frustrating due to service issues and room conditions. While the location is excellent for exploring the area, the rooms felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The dining options were lacking, and we faced significant issues with room service. On the positive side, the gardens and pool area were well-kept, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.
Our stay at the resort spa was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent with quick access to Hunter Valley attractions, the hotel itself felt outdated and in need of maintenance. The service was friendly and accommodating, which was a bright spot. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and several facilities could use upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location is superb, close to the wineries and gardens, the overall upkeep of the property was disappointing. The rooms feel outdated and in need of a refresh, and we faced several issues with service that really impacted our enjoyment. The dining options were lacking, especially for breakfast during the week, leaving us feeling dissatisfied overall.
